Analysis, validation and data collection of design and operating parameters for advanced cabin ventilation concepts related to future aircraft energy management systems

The intelligent management of electric and thermal power at aircraft level has a great impact on the cabin aero- and thermodynamics. The resulting needs to exploit the aircraft cabin heat capacity especially with respect to future ventilation systems and the passenger perception are obvious. Due to the complex, emergent boundary conditions experimental validations in cabin Mock-Ups, demonstrators as well as flight tests are necessary.
