Saber Model Automatic tRanslation Tool, a software for Saber models conversion to multi-systems simulation platforms

Objective

The proposal main objective is the development of a software tool able to perform the conversion of a SABER model, describing an electrical network architecture for an all-electric aircraft, to an EASY5 or MODELICA based model readable from a multi-physics simulative environment (e.g. AMESIM).
The SMART tool will accept as input a netlist of an electrical network equipment model, defined in the Hardware Description Language of Synopsys SABER, and will produce as output an equivalent object readable from EASY5 environment or conform to MODELICA language.
The Starting date of SMART project has been fixed for 01/09/2010, according specific need of the ITD about the availability of SABER models supplied.

Programme(s)

Multi-annual funding programmes that define the EU’s priorities for research and innovation.

Topic(s)

Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal

Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.
