Objective
Starting from the positive implementation of the previous COFUND project “TALENTS”, AREA, with the financial commitment of the Regional Government of Friuli Venezia Giulia (FVG), designed the new programme “Talents up for an International House” (TALENTS UP). Compared to the previous edition, TALENTS UP intends to strengthen the structuring effects obtained so far for the further development of the regional scientific system. It offers 7 high level incoming fellowships addressed to highly qualified researchers of any nationality, intentioned to implement a research training project in one of the 53 scientific institutions of the Coordination Network of FVG region or in one of the companies hosted in the 4 regional science and technology parks. This new programme focuses on the fellows’ complementary skills and on the improvement of the researchers’ working conditions.
