International partnership building and support to dialogues
The eINTERASIA project is aimed at supporting an international cooperation with Developing Economies of Central Asia by creating an innovative ICT Transfer Concept and business modelfor adaptation, dissemination and local exploitation of EU research results.Geographical region of Central Asia which is of great importance to the EU as a bridge to China, Afganistan, Vietnam and the Middle East is selected to demonstrate eINTERASIA universal approaches. In the consortium the region is represented by organizations from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan with main focus to Kazakhstan (low and middle income countries ).Generic Technology Transfer Concept (TTC) is based on the synergy of several central components:-\tCapability Maturity Transfer Model-\tShowrooms as a "window" to scientific innovation that transform research findings to understandable demonstrators-\tSimulation-based visualization models and platforms.Besides the establishing a new generic Technology Transfer Concept , Web- and multiagent- based supporting software framework will be created for TTC adaptation to selected business-related applications, local social structures, service needs and user requirements.Demonstration localization and testing of a generic TTC and ICT-based supporting software will be based on selected business sector of eLogistics. Although piloted for the eLogistics sector, the project results are able to be used by other industrial sectors,for instance, digital engineering.Collaborative initiatives will be started during the project period to facilitate transformation of research results into public and business sectors of selected Developing Countries economies and reinforce competitiveness of EU IT solutions.The consortium consists of 9 partners: five from EU and four from Central Asia"s countries with low and middle income.
