IN CHOOSING THE SYSTEM IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES (POWER-STALL REGULATION AND ELECTRIC GRID CONNECTION) HAVE BEEN TRIED IN OTHER RELATIONS. THE PRICE OF CONSTRUCTION MUST BE LOW WITH PROSPECTS OF A MORE FAVOURABLE PRICE PER PRODUCED ENERGY UNIT THAN HAS BEEN SEEN TILL NOW.
