DEVELOPMENT AND OPTINISATION OF AN ANTI-POLLUTION AND ENERGY-SAVING PRODUCTION OF EHTANOL FROM RENEWABLE MATERIAL.

Objetivo



AT THE NEWLY-ERECTED BIO-ETHANOL PILOT PLANT IN AHAUSEN-EVERSEN INVESTIGATIONS IN THE FOLLOWING FIELDS SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN :

1. OPTIMISATION OF GRINDING-UP (BREAKING UP MECHANICALLY) SUGAR AND STARCH CONTAINING RAW MATERIALS.

2. OPTIMISATION OF SUGAR JUICE PRODUCTION BY WASHING OUT AND SQUEEZING OFF.

3. OPTIMISATION OF SUGARING STARCH FEEDSTOCKS AND, AT THE SAME TIME, ENERGY SAVING AND TAKING IN ALTERNATIVE ENZYMES.

4. EXPERIMENTS ON DIFFERENT FERMENTATION PROCESSES.

5. ENERGY SAVING AT DISTILLATION, RECTIFICATION, AND ABSOLUTION. EXPERIMENTS ON DIFFERENT TRAILING AGENTS AT ABSOLUTION.

6. OPTIMISATION OF SEPARATING DRY SUBSTANCES FROM THE RESULTING SLOPS.

7. OPTIMISATION OF BIOLAS PRODUCTION BY USING A FIXED BED REACTOR FOR THE FIRST TIME.

8. ANTI-POLLUTION UTILISATION OF SEDIMENTS RESULTING FROM BIOGAS PRODUCTION AND FINAL CLARIFICATION.

9. DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATIONS OF RESIDUES TO GAIN HIGHER COVERING OF COSTS.

10. ECONOMICAL ANALYSIS OF ALL COSTS OF CONVERSION.
