Objectif The two main components of the retrofitting are the external insulation of the walls and the replacement of the windows with parieto-dynamic ones.The air of ventilation is preheated in the window to decrease the discomfort of cold air inlets. The occupants will not close the air inlets anymore and the condensations will disappear. The parieto-dynamic window is coupled with three kind of ventilation. The first is by natural draught, the second uses an exhaust fan and the third uses an injection jet in the duct to induce the air of ventilation. The use of parieto-dynamic windows and ventilation by injection can be considered as innovative.
