Low enthalpy energy recovery of flue gases.
The flue gas energy recovery system is running and performance measurements are being executed.
Energy recovery on a 6 MW gas fired boiler supplying heat to district heating. Location Bording, DK. The system consists of a first heat exchanger flue gas/return water, a scrubber where chemical neutralization of NOx/SOx occurs and a wet exchanger fkue gas/combustion air. Exhaust temperature is about 18 deg. C. Combustion optimization by adaptation of boiler and burner. Thermal efficiency increase of 15-20% is expected.
Innovation: Evaporative exchanger flue gas/combustion and complete energy recovery.
