Cel To construct, install and test a range of standardised PELTON microturbines of simplified construction. By modifying the electrical control pannel the hydraulic machines can operate grid or isolate mode. The electricity generated by the plant is used in the following ways : private utilization in mountain small holiday homes. The plant is utilised six month/year from March to September.
