Cel The aims of this project are: a better understanding of work in highly mechanised drivages and of the difficulties encountered; this will have a positive effect on: organization of the work; performance and results in such drivages; personnel, in terms of fatigue, motivation and interest in the work; improved roadheader design, which will have a positive effect on: machine performance; the work done by the development workers and its quality, especially in terms of improved information feedback, more suitable controls, easier maintenance, less physical arduousness; improved safety; better training.
