Objective
In the context of a major human resources effort in the company, several work plans are being conducted :(employee training, tutor training, training for long term job-seekers and young people under qualification contracts). Alongside this effort and with a view to broadening the hiring base for certain types of qualifications, the company has setup a grouping with local firms.
