VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR YOUNG SCIENTISTS

Objective

Improvement of new technologies. Development of new qualifications. Development and elaboration of training methods and materials. Exchange of experience, and know-how transfer. Training of trainers. Seeking new forms of "social recognition" for training.

MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION:

Innovative pedagogical approaches/methodologies. The institute created a multimedia laboratory and is providing training in the use of multimedia technologies and the creation of packages for learning purposes.

TARGET GROUP(S):

Unemployed adults. Young people in initial training/education.

OPERATING CONTEXT:

Raising qualifications. Technology transfer. Competitiveness.

INVOLVEMENT WITH ENTERPRISES:

Training institute-enterprise cooperation. Training consortia. Partnership with SMEs consortia.

INVOLVEMENT OF SOCIAL PARTNERS:

Funding by social partners. Projects managed and coordinated jointly by social partners.

RESULTS:

Multimedia learning packages, methodology for telematics network, distance learning methods, evaluation and research method.
