Objective

Main goals: transfer of known-how and relevant techniques in vocational training programmes in the Textile and Food-Beverages industrial sectors (Transfer between Denmark and Greece). Development of curricula and training of in-house trainees in the two sectors.

MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION:

Methodologies for the planning and management of training in the framework of human resource development. The project promotes an innovative form of work and learning.
