Objetivo

Deliverables

  • OrganiCity EaaS model and APIs - Initial

Specification of the experiment lifecycle, the EaaS model, experiment and federation APIs, implementation priorities and milestone planning

  • We are all OrganiCitizens - Initial

This deliverable provides a strategy on how to engage with the stakeholders, and initial results in terms of the early engagement, channels, community size, etc.

  • Urban data observatory - Comprehensive

This deliverable documents the created urban data observatory in T3.1. It provides a detailed description of the underlying urban data repository, data reputation framework that provides mechanisms that allow the user to better select the appropriate data sets and visual exploration tools that allow easy understanding and use of the tool from the end-user explore and combine the urban data. A basic version will be first released in M15 for the basic OrganiCity facility to be provided for the first open call of experiments. A comprehensive version released in M24 will cover all envisioned features available in the advanced OrganiCity facility in the second open call.

  • Opportunistic connectivity services and urban data collection

The report documents the work performed in T3.3 on co-creation of urban connectivity infrastructure. It out- lines a set of algorithms and protocols designed, implemented and tested to enable data to be relayed using direct communications mechanisms and the implementation of the incentivisation mechanism to provide re-wards for participating citizens.

  • First open call specification

D5.1: Open call specifications (M11) Call text for the open calls for experiments, co-created by citizens and other stakeholders in the community.

  • First open call execution

D5.3 : Open call execution [M16] This report will document the selected strategy for the dissemination of the first open call, the nature of call submissions and outcomes of the selection procedure.

  • Tools for service co-creation

The deliverable will provide the specification and the release of the service creation tool that will be tested and validated in the project pilot city clusters. It will also introduce a list of evaluation metrics that will be used for the assessment of the tool.

  • OrganiCitizens use cases and OrganiCity Requirements - Initial

The deliverable will provide a prioritised use case portfolio that has been co-created by the OrganiCitizens and the project partners. It will be a comprehensive list of how the OrganiCity facility and tools will be used by the diverse communities with a notion of importance for the different stakeholders. In addition, the deliverable will provide the insights into at least 10 of the top use cases in terms of end-user, functional and non- functional requirements.

  • Validation of co-creation enablers and tools - Initial

This report documents the outcomes of the experimental assessment of the performance of different co-creation tools and enablers developed in WP3 under realistic usage conditions. It will be made available in M15 ahead of the first open call based on a partial set of co-creation capabilities (KPIs and metrics) available for the basic experimentation facility.

  • OrganiCity Architecture and Initial Guidelines - Initial

"The deliverable will describe the architectural vision of the OrganiCity facility based on the derived requirements from deliverables ""OrganiCity use cases and OrganiCity Requirements""."

  • OrganiCity online presence

Holistic online presence of OrganiCity including website, LinkedIn group, Twitter feed.

  • We are all OrganiCitizens - Interim

This deliverable focuses on the ideas of how the community is best serving and served by OrganiCity. This provides overall feedback to all work packages in the project. D1.2 will specifically focus on updating D1.1.

  • Dissemination and Impact Plan Year 2

D6.5 : Dissemination and Impact Plan Year 2 [24] We will monitor and report on impact from actions made for disseminating and engagement during the project. For this a Dissemination and Impact plan will be developed to start with. Every 12 month a short monitoring report will be produced and sent to project partners with suggested contingency activities and improvements. This report will also be used to update the actions for dissemination and engagement.

  • Tools for crowd-sourcing of data annotations

This deliverable provides a set of tools that simplify knowledge generation from urban data streams in daily life contexts by exploiting advances in autonomous and semi-supervised learning algorithms for the crowd-sourcing of interesting data labels in a collaborative manner. It further provides an underlying knowledge base to capture the growing community contributions.

  • Urban data observatory - Basic

This deliverable documents the created urban data observatory in T3.1. It provides a detailed description of the underlying urban data repository, data reputation framework that provides mechanisms that allow the user to better select the appropriate data sets and visual exploration tools that allow easy understanding and use of the tool from the end-user explore and combine the urban data. A basic version will be first released in M15 for the basic OrganiCity facility to be provided for the first open call of experiments. A comprehensive version released in M24 will cover all envisioned features available in the advanced OrganiCity facility in the second open call.

  • Dissemination and Impact Plan Year 1

D6.4 : Dissemination and Impact Plan Year 1 [12] We will monitor and report on impact from actions made for disseminating and engagement during the project. For this a Dissemination and Impact plan will be developed to start with. Every 12 month a short monitoring report will be produced and sent to project partners with suggested contingency activities and improvements. This report will also be used to update the actions for dissemination and engagement.

  • OrganiCity EaaS model and APIs - Final

Specification of the experiment lifecycle, the EaaS model, experiment and federation APIs, implementation priorities and milestone planning.

  • OrganiCity EaaS facility - Basic

First working implementation of the facility, covering high-priority features
