Deliverables

  • Ideas competition report

    The report will comprise description of organizational process and rules, communication and reach out, list and classification of proposals received 1 line description and full description of the awarded apps’ ideas, as well as the support services accessed by winners.

  • Guidelines and Recommendations Report

    The report will include a set of policy recommendations based on WeHubs’ results, providing analysis and concrete directions for engendering Startup Europe, both with regard to including gender dimension and sex disaggregated data in research actions and policy evaluation for Startup Europe and/or in the design and execution of events and activities targeting women web entrepreneurs.

  • Engagement strategyand activities progress and evaluation report

    The second version of this delivearble will present the main evaluation findings regarding the effectiveness and added value of WeHubs services as measured by the indicators identified in Section 1 (i.e. Number of women’s associations/networks, number of organizations supporting/promoting web entrepreneurship that will be involved, number of nodes connected to the WeHubs system and no. of associate partners using WeHubs scorecard and tools, number of success stories promoted that will be involved in the project, number of Women attending the WeHubs Ideas competition, number of business ideas submitted in the ideas competition). The evaluation results will lead to an updated engagement strategy for the final 6 months of the project. The overall results and achievements will be included in the periodic activity reports.

  • WeHubs Operational Framework

    A detailed description of the WeHubs model and services, how this can be established and integrated in the general offering of all kinds of incubators and accelerators. The first versions of this operational framework will be produced at M8 with an updated model included as part of the sustainability plan in M20.

  • Dissemination plan & progress report

    This report will provide each 6 months an overview of the project’s dissemination activities, synergies and strategic impact. Also, it will provide in detail the outcomes of the project that will be sustained after the end of the project.

  • Online event report

    This report will present in detail the structure, participants and outcomes of the three online events that will be implemented.

  • Dissemination plan and progress report - Second Version

    This report will provide an overview of the project’s dissemination activities, synergies and strategic impact in the second and final year. Also, it will provide in detail the outcomes of the project that will be sustained after the end of the project.

  • Sustainability Plan

    This Deliverable presents the exit plan of the project and will provide in detail the project outcomes that will be sustained after the end of the project. This will be agreed and implementation commenced before the end of the project.

  • Annual progress report

    The annual reports will present a clear overview of the project progress towards the Description of Work both on technical and financial sides and will propose remediation actions in case of deviation and a comprehensive view of the project’s aims, methodologies, approaches, and results.

  • Success stories Report

    Four (4) success stories per year, will be released per year (M12 and M24), about women successful start-up and their experience of starting up, what challenges they had to face, what failures they had to cross before succeeding, to be used during the wider dissemination of the project.

  • Promotion and dissemination events report

    It will present an overview of the 2 events that will take place in the framework of relevant European events

  • Needs analysis of local ecosystems and women web entrepreneurs leading to creation of WeHubs Gender Scorecard

    The report will present the main findings of T2.1 and T2.2 and highlight good –excellent practices and biographies but also gender dimensions and indicators of starting up and growing a digital business. The report will describe the various web entrepreneur ecosystems across Europe and analyze their needs: state of the art, good practices, criticalities, knowledge & tools gaps, and needs. The most important output from this task will be the WeHubs Gender Scorecard which will be articulated in objectives, measures, targets and possible initiatives that stakeholders could use both as a self-assessment tool and as guidelines for action. It will be released in an on line-interactive digital format.

  • WeHubs Operational Framework - Second Version

    An updated description of the WeHubs model and services, how this can be established and integrated in the general offering of all kinds of incubators and accelerators.

  • Quality Assurance - Risk Management plan and Project Management Hand Book

    It will contain the main aspects related to the Project Management and Quality Management Methodology of the project, a combination of rules and protocols to guarantee an effective and smooth coordination, and the high quality of the output of the project.

  • Success stories report - Second Version

    Four (4) success stories will be released the second year, about women successful start-up and their experience of starting up, what challenges they had to face, what failures they had to cross before succeeding, to be used during the wider dissemination of the project.

  • Local ecosystem event report

    It will present an overview of the 4 local ecosystem events

  • Data management plan

    It will contain the main aspects related to the data management plan for the project.
