Objectif Development of new technologies for the application of renewable energy which results in considerable savings of primary energy in a housing block lacking in the traditional energy sources, with the consequent positive ecological impact on the environment.Application of a new technology called "THERMAL-SHIELD".The construction has been completed. Assembly of components has been started.Construction of 5 V.I.D.A. units on a covered area of 600 m2 in order to adjust the THERMAL SHIELD technology incorporated in the structure of the buildings with the ability to be transparent to light or opaque according to the energy needs of each V.I.D.A. model.Considering these buildings as thermal machines, one should be able to benefit by means of these elements of solar energy and to distribute this as and when needed among similar components.
