Warmetechnische Sanierung von Altbauten

Ziel

Proceeding of the high energy savings potential of existing buildings proposals for heating technology renovation / modernisation for five existing buildings are to be collected. This planning phase and the following realization of the suggested measures are to be docummented on video to disseminate the experiences with regard to the implementation of demand of energy use.
For the five buildings (present heating consumption between 140 and 320 kWh/(m2a) proposals exist leading to future heating consumption between 50 and 160 kWh/(m2a). The lowest additional costs (additional costs are determined as the annual costs of the suggested measures minus the heating costs saved through the lower heating consumption) are between 4,20 and 20,90 DM/(m2a) for a future heating demand between 100 and 140 kWh/(m2a) depending on the building. The relation of the additional costs to the saved heating energy leads to lowest specific additional costs between 0,02 and 0,26 DM/kWh.
Approximately 38% of the total energy consumption in Schleswig - Holstein is allotted for the space heating of private residences. In order to achieve a significant reduction of CO2-emissions, the energy savings potential in this area must be fully exploited. In addition to incorporating energy savings features into new constructions, buildings of older construction styles must also undergo energy renovation, as the share of older construction buildings built before 1985 is projected to constitute 75% of all residences in the year 2020.
Proceeding from the high energy savings potential at existing buildings proposals for heating technology renovation / modernisation for five existing buildings from various residential construction companies in Schleswig-Holstein are to be collected, which target both construction technology and heating technology. In co-operation with students of different Technical Schools measures are to be proposed. The measures for each building are to be compared concerning energy savings and costs.
