Objective The main purpose of the proposal is to provide a theoretical description of bound polaron states with arbitrary number of phonon states included. The expected results will be directly applicable to shallow donor spectra in polar crystals, and can form a basis for a theoretical treatment of two-electron polaron states. The proposed method can be extended to the bound polaron states in semiconductor superlattices and quantum-well microstructures.
