Cel This project focuses on problems associated with training and employment. The promoters and their European partners (in the UK and Spain) will target the use of tools to improve understanding of the employment market and how it corresponds to the supply of training. They will exchange research carried out by employment services in various countries and intend to compare and improve their respective methods by observing national guidance systems. The methodology will analyse existing systems, training needs and job-sharing, with the emphasis on local partners (state education, institutions, local authorities, professional organisations and companies). Existing software will be modified, developed and then distributed as a new operational tool. The project will last two years.ImpactThis project will promote research and methods aimed at gearing training to employment.Contract number : F/96/1/05102/PI/I.1.1.c/CONTDomaine : Life long learningContents : Evaluation of vocational training Forecasting training needs Products : Training modules Book, manual, guide Computer/electronic-based materials Public : Vocational training policy makers/ Decision makers Managers, supervisors, human ressources managers Program(-y) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Temat(-y) I.1.1.c - Vocational information and guidance Zaproszenie do składania wniosków Data not available System finansowania CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Koordynator UNAPI Wkład UE Brak danych Adres 27 Rue DES CHAMPS MAILLETS 76007 Rouen Francja Zobacz na mapie Koszt całkowity Brak danych
