Cel The impact of technological advances in hydraulic engineering has been such that a newly-qualified graduate, technician or craftsperson (leaving an apprenticeship or full-time studies) does not have the appropriate skills to take independent preventive, diagnostic or remedial action in a company to a level which would enable him or her to gain initial employment. The partners will set up a pedagogical team to improve the quality and innovative capacity of the relevant vocational systems. This team will design, develop, implement, test and validate a series of educational tools aimed at four vocational qualifications (in accordance with national education system certification):- CAP to qualify as a tractor and agricultural machinery mechanic;- BEP to qualify as an agricultural machinery maintenance fitter;- BAC PRO to qualify as an agricultural machinery operator and maintenance fitter;- BTS to qualify as an agricultural equipment technician;- Engineering degree (agricultural machinery specialisation).Supported by the professional experience of the Gers Crafts Council Apprentice Training Centre, the Garros Secondary School (Auch), Renault Agriculture France, Isvor Fiat (Turin), Kuru College (Finland) and manufacturers' documentation, this team will transform technical documentation into teaching materials aimed at specific qualification levels, test it on young trainees and validate it as training modules. CD-Rom, printed and diskette-based training tools will be published in French and English at the end of the project to meet the partners' requirements.ImpactImproved transfer of technological progress in hydraulic engineering to initial vocational education for agricultural mechanics, technicians and engineers, thus improving opportunities for graduate employment.Contract number : F/96/1/05331/PI/I.1.1.a/FPIDomaine : Initial vocational trainingContents : Technological transfer Vocational qualifications On and off-the-job training in higher educationProducts : Short training courses Group training with tutor Book, manual, guide Public : Young graduates Program(-y) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Temat(-y) I.1.1.a - Initial vocational training Zaproszenie do składania wniosków Data not available System finansowania CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Koordynator CHAMBRE DE MÉTIERS DU GERS Wkład UE Brak danych Adres ROUTE DE MIRANDE 32001 Auch Francja Zobacz na mapie Koszt całkowity Brak danych
