Objetivo If European companies are to strengthen their competitive position in world markets, flexibility and responsiveness to change are essential. This calls for flexible organisations, both in terms of work and people. This project will develop innovative training modules in the field of flexible production automation, by anticipating companies' need to strengthen their competitive positions. The target group is young people in initial training/schools and employees of companies that have changed to a flexible production process.Expected products are teaching materials for the benefit of students; a manual for teachers; and a scenario for a yearly exchange programme for students working with the module.
