Objectif To deal with today's fast technological changes, there is a compelling need to up-grade the qualifications of the workforce through lifelong learning activities. The focus of this project is the design of distance learning programmes for trainees who need to up-date their knowledge of professional and academic skills.Trainers will be encouraged first to determine the training needs of their potential students and will be given the necessary academic and practical tools for this task. The next stage will deal with the design of ascending levels of modules which will provide an opportunity for a continuous process of learning beginning with the basic standard and moving upwards to higher education/vocational training. The mode of this training will be distance or open learning.ImpactThis project will encourage and assist students who are unable to attend teaching institutions on a regular basis. It will provide new learning opportunities outside traditional teaching programmes.Contract number : P/96/1/00065/PI/I.1.1.b/FPCDomaine : Continuing vocational trainingContents : Self-training and distance learning Vocational qualifications Products : Training modules Distance training Video cassette Public : Trainers, designers & managers of training programmes Training managers Tutors Programme(s) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Thème(s) I.1.1.b - Continuing vocational training arrangements Appel à propositions Data not available Régime de financement CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Coordinateur DELEGAÇÃO REGIONAL DE LISBOA E VALE DO TEJO DO IEFP/CENTRO DE FORMACÃO PROFISSIONAL DA VENDA NOVA Contribution de l’UE Aucune donnée Adresse RUA DAS INDÚSTRIA 27B/C VENDA NOVA 2700 Amadora Portugal Voir sur la carte Coût total Aucune donnée
