Objective Bio Image is focused on analytical detection, image processing and visual inspection of bio molecules, potentially affected by pathological diseases/markers, through a scanning probe microscopy sum for diagnostic applications. Research goal is the saw/hw/mechanical development, testing, validation of a prototype to analyse bio molecules DNA, bacteria and allow: binding of dank probes and monoclonal antibodies mob to silicon tips: analytical detection of biomoleclules interaction force with complementary molecules (polynucleotides, antibodies) and measurement of interaction by specific image processing/visual tools; saw interpretative support of pathological diseases. Project expected outcomes are: methodological (adapt stem microscopes to diagnostics application and develop a user -friendly methodology for diagnostics) and industrial (develop a hw/saw system able to be applied repeatedly in the target market and develop a tool to reduce diagnostic costs).
