Objectif Foreseen ResultsLegal investigation, which will realize by the Patent Offices of the participating countries, will be focused on the Central and East European problems of the intellectual property and the possibilities to solve them.Financial researches carried out with the cooperation of researchers will pay particular attention to the opportunities for the financing of the R + D, especially the diffusion of innovations.Western European investigations might provide ideas about charting ways of modernisation of the economies in the CCE.The proposers concentrate the research on the legal and financial conditions influencing the diffusion of the technological innovations - the topic outlined in section 11.1 of the call for proposals of the COPERNICUS program. They are aimed at collecting information in Central and East European states, concretely in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania, as well as in Western Europe, specially in France, Germany and Spain.
