Objective
The objectives of the proposal are to develop algorithms and software specifically designed for stochastic modelling of food chemical / nutritient intake, to furnish existing national databases with additional data to allow validation studies of developed software, to conduct sensitivity analysis of validated software programmes and to prepare and disseminate practical guidelines for end-users.
