Obiettivo This proposal is mainly aimed to transferring the Value Analysis (VA) Technology to a new field of application: industrial activities with environmental effects. The VA Technology has been completely tested and traditionally applied to products, processes and services in order to improve them considering technical and economic factors. It will be transferred and applied to products, process and services with environmental impacts or effects, considering in the improvement process not only technical and economic but also environmental factors. Other objectives of this project are the analysis of the environmental legal situation in the European Union, the development, application and validation of an effective technology transfer methodology and the dissemination of the project and its results to European industrial companies.The activities scheduled include technical (T) and non-technical (NT) issues:-Management and Co-ordination (NT)-Establishment of Common Bases to carry out the technology transfer (NT)-Technology Transfer of VA to the environmental field (T)-Pilot Cases 1, 2, 3 (T)-Integration of results to improve the Eva Technology and the Technology Transfer Methodology. (NT)-Diffusion of the project and its results (NT)This project will be carried out by 6 partners (3 intermediates and 3 end users) from 3 different countries. The project will include a research part and a demonstration part. Within the second one, the new technology will be tested by means of the development of 3 pilot cases, which results will be used in order to improve it. The Technology Transfer will provide to the European Companies with a new tool for the design and redesign of products, processes or services, integrating all technical, economic, and environmental aspects. The new EVA Technology is aimed to satisfy at maximum the needs of the clients (Internal or external) with the minimum economic and environmental costs.
