Objective The general objective of the POLDA measure is to integrate the fragmented and heterogeneous network of NCP, Regional Caps and Local Caps in Poland. The project will aim at organisation and consolidation of the national stimulation. The second general objective of POLDA is to increase the expertise and potential of the Network members, in particular by horizontal activities. The third general objective is to strengthen the transactional research cooperation of Poland, in particular, in research areas such as agriculture, forestry, fishery, environment and energy, in particular with neighbour countries.
