Development of an accurate and sensitive method for measuring iron bioavailability in humans

Objective

A more reliable and non-invasive stable isotope method for measuring iron absorption in humans will be developed to overcome the limitations and the experimental design of the present methods. It may be used in studies aimed to prevent the common nutrient deficiency.
