Obiettivo - To develop, optimise and test a new control strategy for the optimisation of the electricity production of small hydropower plants;- to simplify and optimise the procedure of finding the best-performance-curve of a double regulated turbine;- to develop and test methods how to achieve the best performance from a set of turbines (multiple unit installations) using a self optimising algorithms;- to develop a graphical user interface for the adaptation and programming of the control software for the individual site, avoiding programming language skill for the manufacturer.
