The project addresses the valorisation and exploitation of Europe's cultural patrimony. The key questions will be on what, where, how, when, why and by whom new technologies are used and developed in/for the cultural sector. DigiCULT Forum addresses the usability and acceptability issues by: 1) monitoring and assessing of developments in and for the sector 2) disseminating its findings widely by several info services 3) involving key experts to contribute to the accuracy of the information dealt with and liaise with representatives of the EU member states. Since the proposed project is a follow-up of the strategic study DigiCULT, the project will serve the R&D and cultural communities in Europe to further develop and update its roadmap.
