Objetivo The project will focus the combined expertise of four research groups (at Tbilisi, Galway, Rennes and Santiago de Compostela) onto a series of related and specific mathematical tasks involving simplicial algebra. It will help to continue previous cooperation between the teams, and it will extend an existing body of work on:(i) algebraic K-functors and their relationship to topological K-functors;(ii) the cyclic homology of smooth algebraic and C--algebras;(iii) the algebraic properties of low-dimensional spaces; (iv) nonabelian tensor products, nonabelian and classical cohomology, and central extensions of groups and Lie algebras. At the end of each year some finalized and some partial results will be delivered to INTAS.
