Objective There is a constant increase in the demands made on the surface quality of thin sheet and coated thin sheet. This requires a thorough knowledge of the conditions and the processes at the surface. One of the factors involved is the rapid detection of the bonding conditions of organic and inorganic coatings and facings, as is the opportunity to quantify these conditions by type and volume. Annealing is used to enrich steel surfaces with various accompanying elements. This modified boundary surface is critical for subsequent metallic and non- metallic coatings. The effect of specifically created enrichments on the appearance and adhesion of coating will be investigated.
