Objectif Alistair modulation of G protein-coupled receptors is a novel concept in receptor pharmacology. In this project a combined chemical/biological approach will be followed to design novel allotter modulators of adenosine receptors. These compounds will then be used to try and identify receptor amino acids that are involved in their binding.
