Objective

The members of the Centr Atlantic IRC are all involved in supporting innovation and technological development in the region. The proposition has been constructed to build on these competences, and the wide experience gained from eight years participation in the CRI. CentrAtlantic IRC covers four regions on the west of France: Basse Normandie, Bretagne, Centre and Pays de la Loire.The partners involved in this project already work closely at a regional level in offering innovation support. To address the identified technological requirements of the region and the priority sectors identified by the commission, eight thematic projects have been selected for intense activity. Transversal activities in TO/TR diffusion and communications, together with promotion of other sectors, will ensure the full spectrum of industry is coveredThe strategic objectives are:
1- Facilitating TTT that correspond to the needs of regional SMEs
2-Providing a value added service to support innovation and technological development.
3-Enhancing synergies and exchanges of our partners at regional, national, and European levels.
4 Consolidating and developing our current position as a node for innovation and TTT in our regional environment. IRC activities are of three types: awareness, contact and assistance. The expected results are: 700 visits, 200 audits, 12 seminars or conferences, 20 brokerage events, 8 companies missions, 8 trainings Participation to 5 thematic groups800 clients, 300 new clients, 100 TO and 40 TR published 800 EOI, 400 matches, 100 negotiations, 40 TTT and 8 started negotiations R&D result exploitation. The IRC has the technical expertise, the experience and the facilities to successfully promote TTT across the West of France. The light management structure combined with a targeted sectorial approach and the implementation of a management quality system will accomplish the mission in an efficient and cost effectivemanner.
