Partnering events to link EU and ACC countries for future consortia in industrial technologies research

Objective

The main objective of the Industry link is to stimulate participation of the Associated Candidate Countries in NMP Priority projects by the means of a partnering event and specific workshops. The events are planned to take place in Poznan, Poland in 2004. The partnering event is planned to use as a background traditional series of events under a name of "Science for economy" organised by Poznan Science and Technology Park during international fair of industrial technologies, which takes place in Poznan in June every year. The event will comprise: - info-day presenting up-to-date practical information on the calls and research topics of "Nanotechnology and nanosciences, knowledge based multifunctional materials, new production processes and devices" priority - presentation of achievements of chosen European projects (seminar, posters, stands) - pre-arranged meetings of potential partners. Following the info-day 3 workshops will be dedicated to the issues relevant for proposers identified on the main event: -preparation of proposal, work planning, division of tasks, financial planning, -financial and legal issues, IPR and consortium agreements -technical discussion on a chosen topic relevant to the proposers - to be identified during the first event.
