Cel The project aims the promotion of utilisation renewable energy together with the efficient management of energy and advanced building design concept, to be well integrated in intelligent ecological buildings. The projects aim at the promotion of new approach for the design, RES utilisation and RUE integration in buildings. This will involve utilisation of different approaches: to reduce substantially, or even to avoid the energy demand and to use energy in the most efficient way.The perspective of application of high concepts of ecobuidlings depends on local market conditions and regulations. Thus, there is a strong need to assess the barriers-technological, financial, and regulatory-which have to be removed, and to plan the actions for harmonisation of the regulatory frameworks and market conditions. This assessment should be accompanied by targeted analyses of the private, public and political commitments, as well as of the impact socio-economic aspects for the buildings.
