Thematic promotion and dissemination campaign of project results and best available technologies on the Danube River

Objective

The grant is requested to support the thematic promotion and dissemination of project results related to renewable energy resources (RES) and to demonstrate the feasibility of new energy technologies. The series of events will be held on a boat - on the "RES BOAT" - during a voyage on the river Danube connecting several Member States and Candidate Countries.

This symbolic event, connecting nations in the Enlarged Europe also bringing attention to the South-East region of Europe will be of high public and professional exposure and therefore it will help to promote RES (renewable energy resources) and RUE (rational use of electricity) across Europe. During the voyage thematic presentations will be held in according to a well-structured programme on demonstrating the best examples in technology research and demonstration projects.
