Objective

The primary objective of the DRAGONESS SSA proposal is to make an inventory of Chinese and European capacities of marine monitoring for environment and security including Earth observation data, in order to harmonize methods in the frame of international programs such as GOOS and GMES and investigate the potential for establishing and harmonizing operational services contribution to GEOSS. In so doing DRAGONESS will take stock of existing information production and service deliveries in order to: identify service/data gaps and barriers; develop activities to disseminate and implement products and services derived or customized from current GMES development activities;
