Objective
Ensuring mobility in a cross boarder area is not easier than elsewhere. Nevertheless the geographical proximity is an asset to allow the building of multicultural experiences at lower human and financial cost. The Great Region has already a practice of cooperation among universities. Mobility centres in this area have been set up at different times thus having various levels of experience and expertise. Through benchmarking, exchange of good practices and experience, the 4 Mobility centres intend to develop concrete tools at the service of the mobility of researchers: FAQs, presentation of the different contexts, assessment questionnaire. Short stays in another Mobility centre will allow training and benchmarking, a standardized report will ensure the sharing of experiences. Providing an opportunity of contact between PHDs and their promoters will contribute to the setting up of an international PHD college. Finally the tools and practices will be exposed to the whole ERA more network in a didactical way.
