Objective The project aims to increase the Eco-housing stock in the EU. The proposal is to develop tools and techniques supporting inhabitants in the procurement and management of sustainable residential buildings. Innovative approaches like co-housing will be considered with various goals: participatory process involving the inhabitants, innovative design, shared space and equipment, green management, reduced life cycle costs.The general objective of the proposal is to develop guidelines and tools for:- Optimising the co-housing property development and transfer knowledge to classical property developers,- Organising and assisting a participatory process from the first planning until building operation,- Supporting architectural and technical design, commissioning and operation.
