Objetivo The proposed project has the following particular objectives:- to test and fine-tune the process on a core-lab scale;- to design and effect the necessary modifications in the down-hole tools and related equipment for injection, monitoring and control, in order to achieve proper delivery of the various fluids in a real oil-well in a sandy reservoir;- to develop a theoretical model and the corresponding computer-code that will allow the custom-design of the most appropriate well treatment in each case;- to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the QNC treatment in the selected well in the field;- to obtain a sharper estimation of the cost of the treatment per well;- to develop the required know-how for bringing the new treatment to the EU and international market.
