Obiettivo The objective of FLEXQUAR is to create a low-cost set of software modules which render shop-floor operations responsive to changes in the manufacturing environment while maximising plant availability and reducing waste and stock shortages.The work will include: - the development of an integrated, distributed architecture - the development of application modules that permit the integration of real-time condition monitoring, maintenance and quality data as inputs to process control and optimisation. Pilot demonstrations are foreseen in several large enterprises.
