Transnational Cooperation of the European Network of NCP SME

Objective

The TranCoSME project intends to support the European network of National Contact Points for the SME-specific measures of the 7th Framework Programme (NCP SME) in their support to proposers in their respective countries. Objectives are to deliver a better quality of service, to increase the efficiency of the work and to enhance networking between the NCPs in Europe. These goals will be achieved by training measures and by setting up tools which help NCP SME during all steps of their daily work from identifying innovative SMEs over partner search to proposal writing. The tools and trainings will be provided by a core group of experienced and well-motivated NCP SME. The trainings, the communication platform and the partner search tool will form a stable and sustainable support to NCP SME enhancing the cooperation between organisations from all over Europe through. The background objective of the project is to raise the quality of proposals submitted in the SME-specific measures of FP7 and to increase the quality of consortia. The countries all partners in the consortium are coming from covers the whole EU and all Associated states to FP7 with 36 partners. It is foreseen to have a project duration of 36 months (3 years).
