Innovation warm-up for Iceland’s SMEs
The Enterprise Europe Network at the Innovation Centre Iceland has a highly qualified staff able to support SMEs in reaching their potential in innovation. The EU-funded ICEKAM-4 project will empower SMEs in Iceland to increase their level of innovation effectiveness and efficiency. The project will deliver services to two distinct groups of companies. It will provide key account management services to beneficiaries of the H2020 SME Instruments, Future and Emerging Technologies, and Fast Track to Innovation funding programmes. It will also enhance the innovation management capacity of selected SMEs with high growth potential. The project will provide services to SMEs having a great potential for internationalisation but struggle with limitations in managing innovation activities.
Objective
Main task is to provide KAM services to H2020 SME Instruments, FET and FTI beneficiaries andenhance innovation management capacity of selected SME's with high growth potential.
Europe Network with the intention to enhance SME’s potential in a successful result of their participation in The SME
instruments project and to assist particularly promising SMEs in enhancing their innovation management capacities. The
services are aimed at SMEs in Iceland with a great potential for international growth, but lack knowledge, skills or ability to
manage innovation activities. Highly qualified staff of Enterprise Europe Network at the Innovation Center Iceland possesses
the skills required and in-depth knowledge of the support required to enable companies to reach their potential.
