Enhancing SME innovation capacity in Triveneto
Highly specialised SMEs hold an important position in the industrial sector of northern Italy’s Triveneto region. In this context, the EU-funded KAIROS project will improve the innovation capacity of SMEs in this macroregion by supporting a selected group of SMEs based on their innovation potential. The project will design and sustain an Innovation Management System (IMS) and provide the selected companies with specific services for Enhancing Innovation Management Capacity (EIMC). KAIROS will support beneficiaries of SME Instrument, FET Open and Fast Track to Innovation with a Key Account Management service aiming to help companies optimally exploit these EU programmes. It will also communicate its activities and results through the Friend Europe-Enterprise Europe Network.
Objective
Following the previous projects KANT ( ID: 643327) and MAKEOVER ( ID:
674860) and KAIROS (1) (ID743797) KAIRÓS aims at improving the innovation capacity of SMEs in Triveneto area. In particular KAIRÓS:
· will support an accurately selected group of SME’s of Triveneto macro region inclined to innovation, in order to design,
create and maintain an Innovation Management System (IMS). Enterprises receiving KAIRÓS services will be selected
taking into account their innovation potential.These companies will be provided with a specific service for enhancing the
innovation management capacity (EIMC), in order to include a systematic innovation approach as an asset for growth and
competitiveness;
· will support beneficiaries of SME Instrument, FET Open and Fast Track to Innovation with a Key Account
Management service focused on helping the companies to better exploit the opportunities offered by these EU-Programmes
and reduce time to market;
KAIRÓS activities and results will be exploited through Friend Europe-Enterprise Europe Network for animating local events
and debates for rising the awareness of the local stakeholders about the European Standard for Innovation Management
CEN/TS 16555-1. KAIRÓS will deliver up to 7/10-day service packages according to the invitation from EASME
