Optimando la integración energética en los procesos
La adopción industrial de tecnologías que ahorran energía es la receta más acertada para aumentar su competitividad. Para determinar la capacidad de las tecnologías energéticas de encajar en los procesos industriales existentes, es importante dimensionar sus elementos y las condiciones requeridas para su inserción óptima. Con estos objetivos en mente, un proyecto subvencionado con fondos comunitarios ha desarrollado una nueva metodología para reforzar la integración de estas tecnologías en los procesos.

Optimising process energy integration
The adoption of energy saving technologies by industries is the most successful receipt for increasing their competitiveness. In order to determine the ability of the energy technologies to fit into existing industrial processes, it is important to specify their proper sizing and the required conditions for their optimal insertion. Focusing on these objectives, an EC funded project developed a new methodology for enhanced integration of these technologies into processes.

L'adoption des technologies éconergétiques par les industries constitue pour ces dernières la meilleure manière d'améliorer leur compétitivité. Afin de déterminer la capacité des technologies d'énergie à s'intégrer aux processus industriels existants, il est important de déterminer leur champ d'application correct et les conditions nécessaires à leur intégration optimale. C'est sur ces bases qu'un projet initié par la communauté européenne a développé une nouvelle méthodologie améliorant l'intégration de ces technologies dans les processus.

L'adozione di tecnologie per il risparmio energetico rappresenta per le industrie la migliore ricetta per aumentare la propria competitività. Per determinare la compatibilità delle tecnologie in materia di energia con i processi industriali esistenti, è importante specificarne il dimensionamento più adatto e le condizioni ottimali di inserimento. Al fine di raggiungere tali obiettivi, nell'ambito di un progetto finanziato dalla CE è stato sviluppato un metodo per migliorare l'integrazione di tali tecnologie nei processi.

Die Anwendung von Technologien zur Energieeinsparung ist für die Industrie das erfolgreichste Rezept zur Steigerung ihrer Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Um zu ermitteln, ob sich Energiespartechnologien in vorhandene industrielle Prozesse einbinden lassen, müssen diese Technologien richtig dimensioniert und die geforderten Bedingungen für ihre optimale Anwendung definiert sein. Mit Blick auf diese Zielsetzung wurde in einem von der EU finanzierten Projekten eine neue Methodik für eine verbesserte Integration dieser Technologien in Industrieprozesse entwickelt.

La necesidad cada vez mayor de ahorrar energía ha hecho que las industrias manufactureras y no manufactureras intensivas en energía incluyan en sus procesos diversas tecnologías de ahorro energético. La selección y adopción óptimas de una nueva tecnología se basa en gran medida en las necesidades específicas de cada industria. Por este motivo se ha creado un nuevo sistema experto que permite la incorporación efectiva de tecnologías de ahorro de energía en los procesos industriales.

Les industries peuvent facilement adopter des technologies éconergétiques
Le besoin grandissant de réaliser des économies d'énergie a incité les industries grandes consommatrices d'énergie (actives ou non dans la fabrication) à intégrer des technologies éconergétiques dans leurs processus. Les besoins propres à chaque industrie sont déterminants dans l'adoption et la sélection optimale d'une nouvelle technologie. Pour cette raison, un nouveau système expert a été développé qui permet l'intégration efficace des technologies éconergétiques dans les processus industriels.
