Afrikanische Lebensmittel für den EU-Markt
Ein Team aus Wissenschaftlern und Unternehmen aus der EU und Afrika hat die Verarbeitung von traditionellen afrikanischen Lebensmittelprodukten untersucht und verbessert. Nach Analyse und Verbesserung der angewandten Technologien in Hinsicht auf Produktsicherheit und -qualität sowie Einholung von Rückmeldungen von afrikanischen und europäischen Verbraucherinnen und Verbrauchern, bahnten Fertigungsversuche den Weg zur Produkteinführung in der EU und auf weiteren afrikanischen Märkten sowie zu besseren Produktionsbedingungen für die Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer in Afrika.

La introducción de alimentos africanos en el mercado europeo
Un equipo de científicos y empresas de la Unión Europea y África estudio y mejoró el procesamiento al que se someten varios productos alimentarios tradicionales del continente africano. Se analizaron y mejoraron las tecnologías aplicadas en aras de garantizar la seguridad y la calidad de los productos y se recabaron opiniones de consumidores africanos y europeos. Seguidamente se iniciaron ensayos de fabricación que abonaron el terreno para la introducción de dichos productos en los mercados de la UE y África, así como para mejorar las condiciones de los trabajadores en África.

African foods meet the EU market
A team of scientists and companies from the EU and Africa studied and improved the processing of African traditional food products. After analysing and improving the applied technologies in view of product safety and quality, and obtaining feedback from African and European consumers, manufacturing trials opened the way for product introduction to the EU and the wider African markets, together with better production conditions for workers in Africa.

Żywność afrykańska wchodzi na rynek UE
Zespół naukowców i przedstawicieli firm z UE i Afryki zajął się badaniem i ulepszaniem metod przetwarzania tradycyjnych afrykańskich produktów spożywczych. Po przeanalizowaniu i ulepszeniu zastosowanych technologii pod kątem bezpieczeństwa i jakości produktów oraz zebraniu opinii konsumentów afrykańskich i europejskich rozpoczęto próby produkcyjne otwierające drogę do wprowadzania produktów na szerszy rynek afrykański i rynek UE, z uwzględnieniem wymogu zapewnienia pracownikom afrykańskim lepszych warunków pracy.

Des aliments africains sur le marché européen
Une équipe de chercheurs et de société d'Europe et d'Afrique ont étudié et amélioré la transformation des aliments traditionnels africains. Après l'analyse et l'amélioration des technologies appliquées à des fins de sécurité et de qualité des produits, après avoir obtenu l'avis des consommateurs africains et européens, les essais de fabrication ont ouvert la voie à l'introduction des produits en Europe et sur le marché africain au sens large, mais aussi à de meilleures conditions de travail en Afrique.

Un team di scienziati e imprese dell’UE e dell’Africa hanno studiato e migliorato la lavorazione dei prodotti alimentari africani tradizionali. Dopo avere analizzato e migliorato le tecnologie applicate della sicurezza e la qualità dei prodotti, e avere ottenuto riscontri dai consumatori africani ed europei, sono state avviate sperimentazioni per l’introduzione di prodotti nei mercati europei e africani più ampi, insieme a migliori condizioni di produzione per i lavoratori in Africa.
