Pragnąc zwiększyć bezpieczeństwo żywności w Europie, konsorcjum projektu VITAL opracowało strategie i plany działań, mające służyć stosowaniu prozdrowotnych i bezpiecznych praktyk w ramach łańcucha zaopatrzenia w żywność.
