Zdrowie i dobrostan zwierząt gospodarskich jest istotnym problemem, zwłaszcza w Europie, po części z racji narastającego kryzysu sanitarnego i żywnościowego. Förderung von Tiergesundheit und -wohlergehen für landwirtschaftliche Nutztiere
Tiergesundheit und -wohlergehen ist besonders in Europa angesichts der drohenden Lebensmittelknappheit und Krankheitsrisiken Schwerpunktthema. Landwirtschaftliche Nutztiere wie Fische, Bienen und Vieh sind zunehmend durch endemische Infektionen, (mit Produktionsverfahren assoziierte) so genannte Produktionskrankheiten und veränderte Klimafaktoren gefährdet.
