Final Report - CAINFECTOME (Unravelling the infectome of Candida albicans)

Project ID: 219406
Funded under: FP7-PEOPLE

Candida albicans is a major fungal pathogen that can infect virtually every organ of its human host. The CAINFECTOME project, which was funded by the European Community, aimed to identify novel molecular mechanisms which contribute to the high pathogenicity of candida albicans, thereby assisting in the future development of diagnostic or therapeutic strategies.

This table is an attachment to CAINFECTOME final report and lists the examined genes that were subsequently selected for deletion based on their expression profile during oral, liver or blood infection. The heat map indicates the fold upregulation during the different types and stages of infection of the selected genes. The mutant status is also presented in the table's right column.
